Here's what's included on every single job, no upcharges, no fine print: two coats of paint, outlet and switch plate removal so you get clean lines instead of paint-crusted covers, and caulking around trim and baseboards so the finished look holds up. That's not an add-on package, that's just how I do the work.

Estimates are always free. You'll know the full cost before anything gets started.

You're not getting a crew of guys you've never met. You're getting me, start to finish, same person who walked your space and gave you the quote is the one on the ladder. I treat prep like it matters because it does, and I don't leave until it's clean.

To lock in your spot on my schedule, I require 50% of the job payment upfront. The rest is due when the job is complete and you're happy with the work.
