We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital or custom items. If you receive a file that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a screenshot or clear description of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
All handyman and home improvement services include a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If an issue related to the original scope of work arises within 30 days of completion, we will return and correct the problem at no additional cost. This guarantee covers labor only and does not apply to new damage, normal wear and tear, customer-supplied materials, or issues unrelated to the original work.
Remote PC troubleshooting services are provided as diagnostic and guidance-based support delivered by phone only, with no remote access or screen sharing. If the issue cannot be resolved during the session or a clear next step cannot be provided, a 50% refund will be issued. This service does not include virus or malware removal, data recovery, or hands-on repair work.
